Punta dei Lecci Farmhouse, completely renovated, is situated in a strategic position in the heart of Tuscany. Few minutes from the wonderful beaches of the Etruscan Coast, our building has 5 large apartments , two of which completely accessible to disabled persons. Our main goal is to let you spend your holidays in absolute relax, always available and aware that our territory offers appealing destinations and activities for many tourists.
The center of Cecina for shopping, the sea of Marina di Cecina, Vada (10 minute drive) or Populonia and Baratti (40 minute drive), the renowned wines and cellars of Bolgheri (10 minutes by car), the main cities of art and medieval villages that can be reached in a maximum of 1 hour by car.
In our building we organize free evenings with astronomical observations, making our telescope available to all the guests.

We also organize wine tasting evenings by the pool.
This is our “treasure”, that we love and combine with the dedication and passion for our touristic-receptive job, together with our family production of Tuscany I.G.P. oil (Protected Geographical Indication). All the apartments have free wi-fi, satellite tv in the living rooms and in the bedrooms, heating, air conditioning, lockers, linen, reserved outdoor space. Cleaning service and change of linen.
Animals are admitted.
In front of our farm there is a bus stop to reach the beaches of Marina di Cecina and the center of Cecina in a few minutes.
On request we can provide guests with bicycles and scooters for rent.

Short history

Punta dei Lecci Farmhouse, completed in summer of 2019, is part of a farm founded in the far 1950 by Orlindo Becuzzi Official Knight, who was born in a farmers family in 1905 and became a competent and esteemed direct farmer throughout his life. Together with Orlindo, his son Mario has always participated in the management of the farm.

In 2015 Marco and Francesco Becuzzi, respectively son and grandson of Mario, agricultural entrepreneurs who have been working for years to family conduction of our plots of land, decided to redevelop and renovate completely the big rural building and use it as a farmhouse activity, with the desire to bring this old and typical Tuscan “podere” (small farm) to new life.

The rest of the farm, equipped with its own outbuildings, consists of arable land (durum wheat, other cereals, sunflower, alfalfa hay in turnover) and wooded area for a total of about 20 hectares, and about 2,7 hectares of olive grove, member of Consortium I.G.P. Tuscan Oil, with 560 plants that produce excellent and renowned extra-virgin olive oil for sale at our farm.

The owner Francesco Becuzzi, assisted in the management by his wife Valentina and parents Marco and Beatrice, intends to reach a good level of quali/quantitative production characterized by ecological and agronomic sustainability, and a positive landscape impact for the benefit of territory, offering an extensive assistance and maximum comfort for the guests.

THE RAILWAY

The old railway next to the farm is in disuse.

APARTMENTS

All the apartments, derive from the old structure of the typical Tuscan farmhouse, have thick walls that guarantee the maximum silence and a temperature always pleasant in every season.
In addition, with the renovation of the entire building we have opted for the installation of fixtures that guarantee additional thermo-acoustic insulation, allowing guests maximum relax and confidentiality.

NEIGHBOURING STREET

The structure is adjacent to the S.R. 68 road which makes the farm itself easily accessible and strategic to reach both the nearby sea and the surrounding area.
